Can I exchange or return items?

While we generally do not accept returns, we do offer a refund and replacement policy under certain circumstances. Please review our policy below:
 
1. Incorrect Size:
If you receive a product with an incorrect size, we apologize for the inconvenience caused. In such cases, please contact our customer support team within 3 days of receiving the item. We will process a refund and ship a new product with the correct size. This does not cover customer error like ordering the wrong size. 
 
2. Damages on Items:
We take great care in packaging and shipping our products to ensure they arrive in pristine condition. However, if you receive an item that is damaged during transit, please notify us immediately. Provide a description to our customer support team within 3 days of receiving the item. We will issue a refund or ship a replacement product, depending on your preference.
 
3. Quality Issues:
If you encounter any quality issues with our products, please get in touch with our customer support team within 3 days of receiving the item. Kindly provide a detailed explanation and, if possible, supporting photographs or videos showcasing the quality concern. Based on the evaluation by our team, we will either process a refund or ship a replacement product to ensure your satisfaction.
Please Note:
  • All requests for refunds or replacements must be made within the specified time frames mentioned above.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a refund or replacement if the item has been mishandled or shows signs of misuse.
  • For customized and made to order items we cannot offer cancelations, refunds or replacements unless there are size discrepancies or quality issues that were not accurately depicted in the description
  • All made to order and customized items must be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, or else no refund will be applied since they will be in production.
